I specialize in Women's Wellness and helping clients manage the challenges that life throws their way! Together, we can look at exactly what is working and what's not working to help bring things into balance. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice and can expect to notice positive changes within yourself and your relationships with others. I look forward to us working together!

Clinical Supervison
Clinical supervision is available to mental health professionals who are ready to work toward licensure in Louisiana.
Counseling Services
Counseling sessions are where healing starts. Together, we will set goals, do the work, and gain a comprehensive understanding of what your friends, family, or coworkers may not be trained to offer. Specifically, we will facilitate positive changes in your life because you deserve it!
55 Minute Session Fee: ($175)
Consultation
Whether you want to learn about getting multi-state licensure or process challenges, I am here for it! I am also available for those needing help with locating resources for assessments, finding therapists that have a specific specialty, or other general mental health related challenges. I am happy to help you establish a plan that for whatever may be showing up.
