I help clients manage various challenges that life throws their way! Together, we can look at exactly what is working and what's not working to help bring things into balance. Clinical Supervison
Clinical supervision is available to mental health professionals who are ready to work toward licensure in Louisiana.
Counseling Services
Counseling sessions are where healing starts. Together, we will set goals, do the work, and gain a comprehensive understanding of what your friends, family, or coworkers may not be trained to offer. Specifically, we will facilitate positive changes in your life because you deserve it!
Consultation

Clinician: Whether you want to learn about getting multi-state licensure or process challenges, I am here for it!

Not a clinician: but would like information on how to become one? I can help.

General consultation: is also available for those needing help with locating resources for assessments, finding therapists that have a specific specialty, or other general mental health related challenges. I am happy to help you establish a plan that for whatever may be showing up.

Journaling is a wonderful tool that can help one evaluate and manage personal adversity while celebrating change, can evoke perspective and mindfulness, and can also emphasize patterns and growth in life. Journaling is truly good for you —and as you allow yourself to think, feel, discover, expand, remember, and dream, you will feel it's benefits reverberate physically, mentally, and emotionally!

We have provided a list of daily journal prompts to guide your introspection throughout each month. Don't feel stuck with a blank page, simply start where you are and ditch the guilt of not being consistent or instantly motivated.

Forget about perfect punctuation, grammar, or spelling. Just write and don’t censor yourself. This is just for you! There are no right or wrong answers, just explore your thoughts..

Aim to keep your journal writing in a consistent notebook, and work towards setting aside a dedicated space and time for journaling. As you work towards daily journaling, you will soon find that the words and thoughts will begin to flow.
